Return Policy

All Orders:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. All order shortages or errors must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Stock Item Orders:

Only stock items are eligible for returns or exchanges. 

At Diploma Cover Central we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your order you can call or e-mail us within 3 business days of delivery.

 Requests for returns or exchanges on stock items must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.  15% of the product total will be deducted from your refund if your request is made after this time period. Requests will not be granted after 5 business days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when exchanging or returning items. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will accept only unused items for return. There will be a 15% re-stocking charge for all opened merchandise.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

A return form will be sent to you to fill out and include in the box with your return.

Custom Orders:

Requests for returns or exchanges on custom made items will not be granted.

 

 

 

Customization Terms

Custom orders cannot be changed after processing begins. Please double check all spelling, grammar, and letter cases prior to submitting your order. Sizing and placement of lettering, logos, and embroidery will be determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified by the customer.  We are not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer (including names, sizes, placement, and colors). We will contact the customer if any artwork submitted needs to be cleaned up or is unusable. There will be an additional fee for any artwork that needs to be cleaned up. The customer is responsible for receiving permission for use of all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the design. 

Proofs:

Proofs are only provided with fully customized diplomas/certificates.  Proofs will not be provided on diploma covers, except in special circumstances, or on any of our other diplomas/certificates. Please note that since proofs are pictures/digital images, the coloring of the proof will be affected by lighting and computer settings, thus may differ from the physical product. Orders for custom certificates must be placed before a proof will be made.  Please be very specific in telling us how you’d like the custom certificate made - this includes wording, layout, font, paper type, borders, logos, etc.  If you require individual names to be printed on the certificates, please e-mail an attached excel file with all the names.  We will e-mail you a virtual proof and you will be permitted ONE round of revisions.  Please tell us at that time any and all changes that you’d like to be made, and we ask that you be as specific as possible.  We will then send you another final proof updated with the changes that you requested.  After this proof is approved we will print your certificates and prepare for shipment. If you are not satisfied with your second proof and want to make additional changes not originally mentioned, there will be a $10 fee for each new proof that needs to be made.
